Policy Statement: Client Conduct and Termination

 Client Conduct

Ace Professionals is dedicated to delivering exceptional services to all clients. To foster a positive and productive working environment, we require all clients to adhere to the following standards of conduct:

  1. Respectful Behavior: Clients are expected to interact with all Ace Professionals staff members with respect, dignity, and professionalism. This expressly includes refraining from any form of personal attacks, insults, or threats.
  2. Professional Conduct: Clients must avoid any abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward Ace Professionals staff, whether such behavior is verbal, written, or physical.
  3. Prompt Payment: Clients are required to adhere to the established payment schedule. Delays in payment may result in additional fees or penalties.
  4. Cooperation: Clients should work collaboratively with Ace Professionals staff to ensure the seamless execution of projects, which includes providing timely feedback, approvals, and necessary information.
  5. Ethical Behavior: Clients are expected to conduct themselves in an ethical manner and to refrain from any actions that may harm the reputation of Ace Professionals or its employees.

Termination

Ace Professionals reserves the right to terminate a contract or postpone project timelines in response to client misconduct or breach of contract. This may include, but is not limited to:

  1. Unreasonable Delays: Significant delays in decision-making or approval processes that impede project progress.
  2. Breach of Contract: Failure to fulfill contractual obligations, including payment delays, amendments to the scope of work without prior written consent, or non-compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.
  3. Abusive Behavior: Engaging in any abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward Ace Professionals staff, whether verbal, written, or physical.
  4. Non-Payment: Failure to remit timely payments as outlined in the contract, following multiple reminders and notices.
  5. Disruptive Behavior: Engaging in actions that disrupt workflow or adversely affect the project or team.

In such circumstances, Ace Professionals shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client. Any future engagements that are initiated after the termination of a contract will be regarded as new and independent agreements, subject to the terms and conditions applicable at that time.
