Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. The Tutor will create an engaging learning environment that fosters growth and confidence.

Duties

Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in various subjects, adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
Develop customised lesson plans and educational materials that align with the curriculum and cater to the unique learning styles of each student.
Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their understanding of the subject matter.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators to discuss student progress and address any concerns or challenges.
Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates students to engage actively in their learning process.
Stay informed about best practices in education and incorporate innovative teaching strategies into tutoring sessions.

Skills

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children of varying ages and abilities.
  Strong understanding of special education principles and techniques for supporting diverse learners.
  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to educate and inspire students while maintaining patience and empathy throughout the learning process.
• Strong organisational skills to manage lesson plans, student assessments, and progress tracking efficiently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £19.25 – £22.19 per hour
